Sal has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant game. He followed in his parents foot steps who owned over 10 restaurants starting off as a dishwasher in his teen years and working his way up the line. Sal decided to try a new modern concept that is ITA Kitchen in the quaint village of Bay Shore, NY. He spends hours in the kitchen doing what he loves serving you all his modern take on Italian Cuisine.
William Turcios Chef & Partner at ITA started off in the industry working at Sal’s family restaurants Matteo’s (sold back in 2008) at the young age of 15 years old. William has worked in French-American and Italian cuisine. His roster of restaurants as head chef were Carlyne on the green, 388, and the Inn at great neck hotel.
Ryan is not new to the industry. He started off in the restaurant business in his family owned pizzerias. From there he worked for Tao Group in Manhattan running Artichoke Pizzas until he joined us at ITA. Ryan has been with us since inception and continues to guide the staff to provide an incredible dining experience.
Julian Pacheco is a Delhi Graduate and an incredible force in our kitchen. He competed in competitions and received a silver medal in gourmet cold food in 2017 & 2018. And also in 2018 was Student Chef of the Year. Prior to joining the ITA Team he worked at Otasaga Resort in Cooperstown.
